Our Persian Breeding Program

The year 2006 proved to be very exciting for us. Preciouspet was chosen to participate in the 2006 Royale TV kitten commercial, as well one of our girls was featured in full page print ads for Purina Cat Food.!( appeared in the 2006 Sep. issues of Canadian Living & Readers Digest)
We are proud to be a CFA Certified Cattery of Excellence. All of our adults are from Excellent Championship Bloodlines. We are a small, indoor cattery, where all of our pets are treated as our children. We do not cage any of our adults or kittens. They eat, sleep,and play with us. I like to use both the extreme (peke) and doll faced variety in our program. This helps to conform to Show Quality for the judges as well as the more "sweet" faced dolls. This is important to us to maintain both beauty and health standards. Our mottos is "Health & Happiness Guaranteed"!We have over 10 years experience and specialize in Shaded Silver Persians.

Health Testing and Guarantees

ALL of our breeding adults are tested Negative for PKD by DNA at UCDavis in California. We are a FeLV, FIV & PKD negative cattery. Every kitten is sold with a written health guarantee and is Vet certified with all sets of vaccinations including Rabies prior to leaving us.A spay/neuter contract is required.

Requirements For Persian Kitten Buyers

We ask our buyers to submit a few personal details to help us to understand their wants as well as to try to make the "purrfect" match for both the buyer and our kitten. Kittens develop personality traits very young, I would not want a shy kitten in an extremely loud and active environment, nor an exceptionally cuddly baby left alone all of the time in an apartment. I will not sell on a first come first serve basis. I do not enforce deposits. I would be horrified to find out that someone took a kitten they did not really want or love based on a small deposit. We have had Great Success over the years in the placement of our babies and honesty is always the best policy.
